UPPER DECK LUXURY RESIDENTIAL

We worked on a number of rooms in this inner-city penthouse reinvigorated by Luigi Rosselli Architects and Alwill Interiors.

• The living room and hallway were finished in Marmorino Antico 300, custom-colour matched to the joinery and other furnishings
• A dark toned Elite Marmorino was used in both the powder room and on the library ceiling, creating a moody marble-look
• In the ensuites, we applied the waterproof Marmorino Floor system straight over the existing tiles.

• To amplify the light and shade of the Marmorino finish, we applied two different tints, starting with an off-white and then overlaying wet-on-wet with a crisp white hue

The curve motif runs right through the whole project. The textured finishes also play really well with the use of marble, adding to the cooling, crisp effect described in this article from The Local Project.
