OVERVIEW
The interior of this resort-style property, located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, features gentle Murobond Murowash and French Wash finishes throughout. In addition, texture was added to the coffee table and vanity station through the application of the Marmorino Floor system, which combines the traditional flowing movement of a Marmorino finish with a specialty resin to harden the product, making it durable enough for furniture and joinery.

To carry the premium plaster finishes through to the outdoors, we used Vertigo to create a split-stone effect on the three-story wall overlooking the pool and entertainment areas. Working outside and over such a large area meant we needed two applicators working closely together to ensure the product remained pliable enough to achieve the trowelled finish.
In the home cinema, we prepared two shades of Marmorino to apply to the ceiling, so that it would match the curtains which were shot with silver. The velvety finish of the Marmorino also sets off the carpets and other soft furnishings in the room.
