OVERVIEW
We applied finishes for both the interior and exterior of this job, undertaken with Rosato Projects. For two of the bathrooms we applied a two-tone microcement to the walls (and even some of the light fixtures). The third bathroom, living room and stairwell – with it’s stunning skylight feature – were finished with Marmorino Antico in Coconut Milk, burnished to give a subtle shine.
FEATURE FINISHES
The exterior render was completed using a product called Vertigo. Unlike lime-based finishes, this polymer-based product won’t calcify and wear-away with the weather. We used it to create a granular texture reminiscent of stone, that gives the home a Mediterranean feel.
